Dear parents,
We are soon approaching the end of the 3rd nine weeks. Kindergarten sure is flying by! If you have not turned in picture money or picture packets, please turn them in on Monday. Also, please make sure your child brings a snack EVERY day.
I recently uploaded a bunch of photos onto our classroom blog, so please check it out at: www.colwellsclass.blogspot.com . I hope to update it this weekend with all the students' videos explaining their leprechaun traps.
Next week our class will be learning about:
- adding -s to a word to make it more than 1
- characters and setting in a story
- using describing words in our writing
- joining groups of items together (addition)
- using maps and measurement to solve problems
