The leprechaun traps look fabulous! The kids are very excited to set them all out on Thursday morning to see if we catch any. Tonight will be Chik-fil-a night. If you have not turned in spring picture packets or money, please do that as soon as possible (by Friday). Also, if you would like to order from the March Scholastic book orders, I ask that you please turn those in by this Friday, the 18th.
This week we are continuing our discussion of measurement (length, height, capacity, weight) in math, are continuing our letter handwriting practice, and are using the spelling pattern -ing to build word family words and to change words like go to going, jump to jumping, etc. We are also working on using sequencing to help us retell stories and write stories in order.
I will send students home with their leprechaun traps on Thursday afternoon. If your child rides the bus and you would like to pick their trap up in person, let me know and I can hold onto it for you.
