March 2nd was Dr. Seuss' birthday and our class enjoyed a Seuss-themed reading block on that day. We enjoyed several activities such as making striped hats using rhyming words, fishing for rhyming fish words, using our listening skills for Horton Hears a Who telephone, playing with Oobleck, and using our problem solving skills to play a Green Eggs and Ham simple machine game.
